How will my package be shipped?
Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority mail
Do you have a processing period?
Yes, we have a processing period, once your order is placed our processing period spans from 2-7 days prior to shipping.
How long does shipping take?
USPS priority mail takes 2-3 days to ship within the United States, excluding holidays and

Shipping via priority mail takes 6-10 business days. (International shipping and customs rates apply.)
Will I receive an email confirming my order?
You will receive an email conformation right away, confirming your payment and purchase.
When will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your label is created. And that
will be made trackable the same day it’s dropped off to the post office.
Do you accept cancellations on orders?
We accept cancellations on orders within 24 hours of purchase. Just simply email us at
email@example.com and we will be able to assist you. Our cancellation fee is $30
which will be deducted from your total and refunded to your bank account within 3-5 business
Do you accept refunds/exchanges?
We DO NOT except refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, due to the nature of
the product. If by the slight chance you happen to receive the wrong item, only then will you be able to send the hair back for the right item. We will NOT exchange items that have been
unraveled, brushed, combed, dyed, washed, or altered in anyway.
What happens if my package is stolen or lost?
We are NOT held responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once your package is handed over to the post office we are NOT liable for you not receiving it. If you fear that your package has a chance of getting stolen due to the area you reside in; please contact your local post office for delivery instructions.
